Difficult Beneficiaries: Keeping Estate Administration on Track | Part 2

What happens when efforts to address a beneficiary’s concerns haven’t resolved the disagreement?

Join Ian Hull and Jordan Atin as they continue the conversation about difficult beneficiaries, taking a deeper look at conflict during estate administration.

Building on the first session, they’ll explore how lawyers can advise estate trustees when repeated objections make it difficult to move forward. The discussion will consider ongoing demands for information and how the trustee’s response may need to change.

Ian and Jordan will also discuss documenting that response and recognizing when a different approach may be needed.
