Are questionnaires customizable on Flexible plans?

Users on a Flexible plan can add this feature as an add-on for $60 per month. Once added, users can create, customize, and save new questionnaires. Please note that if you remove this add-on, all previously created custom questionnaires will be disabled.

How do unused client files roll over?

Users on a Flexible plan can carry over unused client files to the next month as long as they have an active eState Planner subscription. There is no limit to how many months they can accumulate files. However, if the Flexible plan is cancelled or upgraded, they will lose their un-generated client files.

Can I cancel my account plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. If you do, all of the data associated with your account will be deactivated and archived for a period of time in accordance with regulatory compliance. If you would like your data to be deleted permanently, please contact our support team.

How do I learn how to use eState Planner?

Do the prices above include tax?

The prices listed above do not include sales tax. The appropriate taxes will be applied to your monthly invoice based on your province.

When am I billed for each client?

Your plan includes a set number of monthly client files. A client file counts toward your monthly usage only when you generate a document preview or download a document linked to that file. Multiple downloads of the same file, even across different billing cycles, don't incur additional charges.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payment from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you don't have a credit card, or if you have any questions, please contact our sales team.
